Marc Gabelli

Chief Executive Officer

Marc Gabelli is Chief Executive Officer of Gabelli Merchant Partners Plc, a Director and President of GGCP, Inc., the parent company of GAMCO Investors, Inc. (GAMI-US) and Associated Capital Group, Inc. (ACGP-US), and a Senior Portfolio Manager at Gabelli. He helped lead the initial public offering of GAMCO Investors, Inc. in February 1999 and the public offering of ACG in 2015. His portfolio assignments have included hedge fund management since 1990 and traditional asset management since 1994. He has managed several Morningstar 5 stars mutual funds, and a Lipper #1 ranked global equity mutual fund in the U.S. His focus is global, catalyst-driven value investing across all market capitalisations and industry sectors. He built the Portfolio Manager's hedge fund platform, Gabelli & Partners, in 1999, and opened the Gabelli London office in 2000 and the Gabelli Tokyo office in 2009. Mr. Gabelli started his investment career in the equity arbitrage group of Lehman Brothers International. He holds an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Management, a BA from Boston College, and the SEP diploma from Stanford University. He is a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts. He is involved with various educational charities. In the UK he is a board member of the Sutton Trust.

Ian McAdams

Chief Financial Officer

Ian J. McAdams is Chief Financial Officer of Gabelli Merchant Partners Plc and Associated Capital Group, Inc. (ACGP-US), the Company’s majority shareholder and parent company. He also serves as a Director of Gabelli Securities International UK Limited, the Company’s wholly owned UK investment management subsidiary. Mr. McAdams joined Associated Capital in 2021 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in November 2023, having previously held senior finance and accounting roles with the company. Prior to joining Associated Capital, Mr. McAdams was a Manager in the Banking and Capital Markets practice at Ernst & Young LLP, primarily serving public and private companies in the banking and asset management industries. Mr. McAdams holds a B.S. in Accounting from Binghamton University and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.

Manjit Kalha

Executive Vice President of Finance

Manjit Kalha is Executive Vice President of Finance of Gabelli Merchant Partners Plc. Since 2022, Mr. Kalha has served as Executive Vice President of Alpha G Investment Management, Inc. (formerly Teton Advisors, Inc.) (TETAA-US), a multi-strategy asset management platform. Since 2011, he has also served as Managing Director of Horizon Research, a New Delhi-based subsidiary of Alpha G specialising in global fundamental, bottom-up investing. Since 2020, Mr. Kalha has served as Executive Vice President of Finance of PMV Consumer Acquisition Corp. (previously PMVC-US). He has also participated in the formation and transaction analysis of Gabelli Value for Italy S.p.A. (VALU-MIL), a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange, and DFNS (DFNS-US), a special purpose acquisition company focused on the aerospace and defense industry. Since 2011, Mr. Kalha has served on the Board of Directors of The LGL Group, Inc. (LGL-US), where he currently serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Nominating Committee. He began his professional career in corporate finance, audit and taxation with Arthur Andersen in New Delhi. Mr. Kalha holds an M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology’s Sloan School of Management, a B.A. (Honors) in Economics from Shri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi, and is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
